We believe that protecting our planet and making America healthy starts from us. All of our containers and utensils are compostable (except for the small topping containers). Our snow is made from scratch with Straus organic dairy and locally sourced premium ingredients with a lot less sugar than traditional ice cream. Think ice cream meets shaved ice. It’s creamy, yet delicate and airy, like freshly fallen snow. We’re lifting the veil on one of Taiwan’s oldest treasures - shaved snow - and we serve it up with a fresh and healthy California spin.
